I Love this game!
This is my personal opinion. I loved the game when I played it on my 386dx w/math-coprocessor. I don't know the vaulted Amiga version, but my PC version was great! When I saw this on GoG, I had to get it, and at 4.99, it was worth the wait!

Reminds me of Commando
I don't recall of hearing of this game years ago but playing it now reminds me of Commando for the C64. Control is easy but sometimes with everything moving was hard to keep track where the people were. There is a cheat guide. Had to make use of in for Mission 18 on level 3. Game just locked up every time. Some levels are easy, some you have to use some skill and develop a plan. I had fun playing over many hours. It's a DOS game so you're going to get cheezy music. :P

Memories..
I had this game on the Amiga 500, I used to play it all the time. I never managed to complete it, probably due to my near obsession with keeping jools & Jops alive. Truely one of the best games ever made. Always wanted to play Cannon Fodder II but we could never get it to run on the computer, a PII iirc. Get this game and you will not be dissappointed.

Ah, the memories...
I used to play this when I was a teenager and boy, was this game fun! Well, the good news is that the game didn't lose any part of that fun and has stayed exactly as it was back then - so if you already played it 20 years ago, get it outright; if you haven't and thus don't know it, what you're still waiting for?!? Also, for those saying that is runs about twice as fast than it used to: I didn't experience that at all, it's just the mouse which is moving (a lot) faster but that can be safely amended by tuning down one's mouse sensitivity - works perfectly fine for me.
