Description
THE OLD WEST, 1864. In order to save their family, the McCall brothers will kill anyone who stands between them and the legendary Gold of Juarez. But when the allure of money and women tests their bond, will the blood they share prove to be thicker than water?

Good game... when it feels like running
I was having a good time with this Western. Got halfway through the game... then my saves just disappeared. This has never happened to me with a GoG game. Syncing my cloud saves didn't help. Buy at your own risk.

Third best western game
Play it. Anyone talking abut consolization are being spastic losers doing dead pc supremacy memes 7 years too late. Found zero issues with the gameplay.

xbox360 era type Western
The game is underwhelming in comparison to the first. It feels more constrained. The first Call of Juarez had expansive levels though it was linear. The shooting, while fun at times, feels less engaging than the original. The thing that elevates this game is the story. The premise of 3 brothers struggling to keep their family bounds makes for a great Western but its execution is a bit wonky. All in all, it's an okay bargain bin game. It's a downgrade from the original but pays enough homages to the characters from the first game it's worth playing just to see how Ray's past made him become a zealous preacher.
