Berkeley, 1967. You are Elvin Green, a writer whose career is not better than his sentimental life. Besides, the day starts badly: your wife Thea left you a break up letter. As for Eddy, your editor, he summons you: "you are a writer who does not write" - you should find yourself another editor. Your world is falling apart. Too much acid and cheap booze? Too many sleepless nights stuck to your typewriter, powerless to tackle your first novel? Your poor mental health is collapsing. Waste of time and money

I took a chance on this as it was promoted as being similar to Myst and inspired by Philip K. Dick. In no way was it similar to Myst. Dick, were he still alive, should be suing whoever wrote that ad copy. This is a silly game in which you basically play hide and seek with symbols that you have to find and click. In some cases, the symbol disappears after you spot it and it's basically a race to see whether you can focus the centre of your field of view such that you can actually click on the symbol before it vanishes. There is NO puzzle-solving whatsoever. The storyline and "dialogue" (not that your character says a single word) is not compelling. In spite of being your character being able to see in three dimensions, the game is very one dimensional. In essence, it is a very inferior version of The Witness.

Most boring game i'v ever played.

You walk from scene to scene to reach some hotspots to click some icons that apear if you stand in the right place. And thats about it.

Mind Numbingly Dull - FAIL

I agree with most of the NEG Reviews in that it seems preposterous that this games is listed with a 3-4 star approval rating. Gameplay in this point & click is mind-numblingly dull. I have this game on $TE4M and found the PKD'ish artwork interesting, but not nearly enough so as to warrant suffering through 'gameplay'. In my case, to make matters worse, I am an Achievement Hunter, and GUESS WHAT?! The Achievements ('talking to All NPC's') are broken!! ...and the Dev has gone underground. Check out the discussions on $TE4M regarding this issue. I COMPLETED the entire game 4 times before I realized I wasn't overlooking something & that the Achievements are Broken - it was like taking medicine each time - JUST DON'T. I regret the time I wasted on this boring, uninspired, project of a point & click game offering. You Will, TOO!

misleading rating system

Okay what kind of fraud is going on here? How can a game with a 1 star review, and that being the ONLY review, get a 4 and a half star rating???
