Description
Calico is a day-in-the-life community sim game where you are given an important and adorable task: rebuild the town’s cat café and fill it with cute and cuddly creatures! Build up your café by filling it with cute furniture, fun decorations, yummy pastries, and get it bustling with animals again!

Calico is meant to make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. The gameplay reflects that with a laid back, low stress creative environment to explore and play in.

Character Creator



The Calico character creator will allow players to create their own magical person to experience the world through. There will also be plenty of clothing to choose from and collect throughout the game!

All Animals are Interactive!



The player will encounter many animals in the world of Calico. Once befriended, you can name them, add them to your party, or send them to their new home at the café. Animals in your party will follow you everywhere you go and listen to your commands. The animals in your café will relax and play with any customers that pop in for a visit.

Café Decoration



Your task in Calico is to bring the town's café back to life again. This isn’t just achieved by bringing in cats and animals alone, however – you can also decorate your café with furniture of different styles to create the perfect cozy home for you and your animals!

Cooking Minigame



Create a wonderful café by making yummy baked goods and drinks for the townspeople! Learn about your follow villagers to pick and choose their favorite foods to sell!

Magic of Calico



We wanted there to be no limits to how you could find happiness in Calico. Magic potions are a system that allow us to break the rules of what is possible and to find what would be most fun. Example: the More-to-pet Potion allows the player to magically turn a single animal giant-sized! You can hang out with a giant animal, or even ride a giant cat!

A dolls house for girls

Hate not the glitch, love instead the world of magical realism and the construction of an alternate reality. Calico succeeds in creating a dolls house that girls will want to play in. The graphics are simple, and easily graspable by the 3-8 year olds. The ability to configure your visual character design better than a Bethesda game and better than Stardew Valley. This is the first game I've seen that includes a head scarf for people that might like that. The ideas stemming from the authors playful mind include wearing a cat on your head, even better if you're wearing a hat and put a cat on, the cat will wear a mini hat! You can roll around on a roly poly kitty, make friends in the village, meet witches and make potions. A 6 year old girl should enjoy Calico for a few weeks and maybe visit again later. It is cuter and more dollsey than other games, but not as much to build like Minetest to come back to.

Wuaaahahah .. wot??

WTF.. Its maybe one of the worst games I ever saw/ played in my life. And maybe I was completly insane and I cant explain myself why I bought this. Or satan possessed my soul...something like that. worst controls ever. I got nearly a stroke while playing this " arty-farty". Now I need to play Hello Kittie again at once to remember what means to have a cute game. (.. Stardew Valley ? ? ? ...) This is just fatty girls wobbly flabby crap with "like yourself - youre okay"- hippie- boomer- style. Obnoxious. So much it even hurts. Sry to say such hard words. Sry if I offend someone. But I cant sleep anymore after this. They follow me in my dreams x(( and want me to shake some cats. I have to live with that. I'm damned to see this every day in my library. Shame on me. x(( Seriously... thx god it was just 10 bucks. My opinion. My fault. Nothing more. :P Watch some youtube stuff before buy. If you like this creepy style go for it.
