"JUst one more turn
Still have this loaded up from inception in 2006. back then it was on a disc. Great graphics for its time., A game you don't mind losing, but it is kind of frustrating when everything is going well , then Caesar askes for the impossible and removes you from power. When you do succeed though it gives a great sense of accomplishment to meet the goals of that level, very well done difficulty increase as you advance, Many times I will go back and play a lower level if I don't fell like being OCD, which you have to be to complete some levels. great fun.

Moderate city-builder
The city-building is a bit better than Caesar III, although some of the buildings, especially the entertainment ones, are too large. The combat is even worse than Caesar III. Pharoah/Cleopatra are the best of this series that I have seen.

Clunky but good
Since the beginning this game has been problematical to play. It hesitates and drops frames regardless of the machine that it is running on. It doesn't have enough scenarios. When you are at the end, you find yourself wondering where the rest of the game is. However, what there is of it is still fun to play. The mechanics are better than other games in the genre. It is replayable.
