You are the Governor of a Roman province whose capital city (if you build it well!) will become the talk of the Empire. Too bugged to play
Major bug that makes the game unplayable. Every time I get a city up and running and the housing starts to develop, eventually the housing will decline and disappear even though all their needs are met.

repetitive with not gameplay
