Doesn't work on my windows 11 pc

Can't skip intro, navigation doesn't work, mouse actions only work intermittantly. I used to play this game on another computer, and I'm disappointed it didn't work this time.

Game recently updated and is now unplayable My system is the same as it was o when 1st down loaded. Game indicated update in progress now unplayable.

Awful citybuilder

This game is alright at first, until you realize it's about finding the right kind of city block to make and just put that everywhere. The actual city building is arbitrary rather then organic. The proper way to build a city makes no sense at all as it about making good walker loops instead of a nice looking city.
