Great game
This is one of my faourite games from childhood. Almost 25 years since I played it for the first time, it still is the same fun as before.

Best City Builder Ever
I have loved this game for years, and it just never gets old to me. I love the way the buildings evolve if you provide what they need! I wish they would build new games like this!

A childhood fav
I remember this was one of the games my dad got when we first got a computer. I spent so many hours building my cities with a cosmic brownie near by. I finally got to playing it again, and it's still better than alot of city builders I've played in recent years.

Very finicky game
As much as I loved Ceasar 3 as a young adult, it seems more difficult to keep your plebs happy. It wasn't so difficult back then. Placement,placement,placement...thats the key. Don't build certain structures next to or across the street from your residents ie;markets,theaters,schools,any idustry. Good luck, and have fun
