Caesar 3

One of the most memorable strategy game I ever played. Complex, deep, games that lasted for hundred of hours, this city builder made so many week ends fly by as your cities burns, posper through trade with the roman empire, fall to riots or enemies or because you are simply fired by the emperor for spending to much. The manual that came with it was the size of a novel, and I still have it. The graphics may look a bit old now, but the depth of it still make me come back to it., 15 years later.

I can't begin to describe how pleased I was to find this gem of a game again after losing it for so many years. The pinnacle of the city-building series, Caesar 3 will not disappoint. Thanks, GOG, for bringing this game back to me!

I bought this at Electronics Boutique when it first came out. I had the cd's for years and had reinstalled it on every pc I ever owned up until recently I finally lost the discs after 10+ years... Always loved that the fighting did not have to be involved and you can just focus on building your dream city. One of the only sandbox games to implement this short of Sim City

The best game!!!

So this game is hard. This game is really hard. This game is like a test that you didn't prepare for. But the test is on a subject you can't even pronounce. But the day before the test, you had a truck roll over your head. You're also in kindergarten. I jest; it truly is very hard (not that hard) and although it's hard, it is so very rewarding, not to mention fun. This game is stressful, hard, fun, and rewarding.
