Get the original instead.
While the original was a masterpiece made with love and care, and fully hand drawn and animated, the creators for this remaster decided this time it would be cool to cheap out with AI, which they used profusely, mostly for frame interpolation, etc. Current gen console players are stuck with this version, but GOG has the Director's Cut version for sale, for a fraction of the price, which includes the Director's Cut version and the original, untouched version. While you won't get high resolutions with the original version, you will at least get a real work of art, with true passion and work put into it, which isn't the case with this uninspired remaster. "AI is a tool that gives the wealthy access to skill, while preventing the skilled from accessing wealth."
