Nothing to write home about. A nice one timer, very simplistic and linear type of turn base strategy game. Many like this one on free on line gaming sites. Legit for its price when it's on sale.

Game was simple but fun. Maybe 3-5 hours of playing time. However the Survival mode was disappointing and underwhelming. Cannot resume a survival game you leave and it is just battling anyway.

It is simple and nice game, like King's Bounty although shorter and simpler. But fun, nonetheless.

First I am giving it a +1 star wise since I got it on sale. Its a short game and reminds me of some older flash type of games. I was looking for something that was a casual type of game and this fit the bill. It is linear, but the battles do allow a bit of strategy. That being said I felt after about the 10th battle many of the rest followed a similar formula. Also the gear or I should lack of it was a disappointment. I thought there might be more gear and such but was disappointed to have so few items. It also mentions book 1, is this part 1 ?

I played through Braveland, and it just doesn't have much depth at all. It's an okay Heroes of Might and Magic -light clone with none of the strategic depth (okay, let's be honest, no strategic depth), less tactical depth, and a tiny bit of charm. The artwork was cute. The music wasn't terrible. The dialogue was...well, to me, it seemed like they were trying really hard to be witty and clever, and came across stilted or strange, mostly. I don't regret the purchase at 90% off, much, but I kinda wish I'd taken my dollar elsewhere...
