Let's be honest.. this game is older than your grandpa's farts, it's twice as stinky, but it lasts twice as long. Yeah! I said it! You probably won't find a clunkier, more dated game that is still worth playing. Why is it worth playing? Because it's the root of the Kain legacy series. This game is painfully long. I doubt anyone has completed it in two decades. It fills in those holes that younger players will be scratching their head at if they don't. Is it worth $6.95? HELL NO!! Anyone that loves the Kain Games ought to give it a try, for like 50 cents. If you HONESTLY want to try to play it through, then the shear length of the game would make it worth $1. I mean, honestly.. I'm pretty sure this game was abandonware for at least a decade or two. I just can't imagine WHAT the sellers are thinking putting a price that big on the game. I'd almost bet money that it didn't cost $7 when it was brand new in it's shiny shrink wrap packaging on the shelf. I would know, I still have that copy.. and I'm telling you, it's NOT worth it!
