More like no port at all, did GOG actually did anything to patch this game so that it works on windows 10?
I would say nothing. The games doesn't start and the forum is full of posts saying the game doesn't work.
Kind Regards
Unfortunately Blood II is not a worthy sequel to the amazing game that Blood is. There's a potential with weapons, some of them are really nice. However the enemies and level design ruin pretty much everything: fanatics with assault rifle will murder you in a matter of seconds due to their impossible reaction time and aim, yet some later enemies, like a behemoth are only a bullet sponge and way too easy to kite. It's quite easy to get lost in some levels and the worst is probably a necessary jump between two trains that's almost impossible to pull off and results in instant death when failed. With enough patience the game can be completed and I would only recommend it to those that are curious or want to complete the whole series. The Nightmare levels don't attempt to fix any of the issues, some nods to the first game are nice, though.
1 of N posts: Post 1 of N: 10MAR2024, had Blood2 Working in 2020 on Win10, but lately it seems MS changed DirectX too much or something else happened and I am making changes to many old games.
Blood2 gave me the 1FPS introduction video and game play issue on my AMD Radeon XT 5700 GB graphics card and Win10 Desktop with 48GB RAM.
I used several solutions combined, but the 1,000 character limit here is challenging. I will condense.

just spent way too long trying to jump through hoops just to get the game working on windows 10. why sell something that doesn't work on modern systems. 0/10 rip off.
A game from my childhood that I always remembered as awesome but obviously I was wrong... The first half of the game isn’t so bad I don’t know if it’s because of nostalgia but I really enjoy the first chapter, rushing trough enemies with your dual berettas is a lot of fun. But the more you progress the more the game feels generic and uninspired sometimes even lazy, it’s like they were having a lot of ideas when they start the project and then they start filling the void with what came first in their mind in order to make the game longer.
The game has so may flaws it would take too long listing everything here but in short the IA is broken and the explosives are doing full damage even if you are behind a wall and because of that you’re going to die a lot which can be really frustrating sometimes.
The game really feels unpolished or should I say unfinished and that’s a shame because otherwise it could have been a pretty good title. I would say it’s average, if you like the style of 90’s mindless shooter you may enjoy it. It was far from perfect but I had some fun finishing it.
