So far I've been able to install this map the keys to my key mapped gamepad, and jump around. For whatever reason the keymapping in the game does not work correctly yet. Perhaps the normal x-box gamepad works great. After validating the keymapping in a text editor I went back in several times and still could not get it actually work correctly. The attack and jump keys would not be separated and I had to CTRL-ALT-DEL every time to exit the game. So...if you plan on an x-box controller it may be fine. If you plan on anything else, maybe wait until it's fixed.
in all honesty, the game is actually quite enjoyable. It's not perfect but still I have a fun expirence in an overall experience. Was also very pleased to see the cross over with bloodstain, until I start doing the the miriam challenge rooms. I have never seen such bad design map as these. hard punising gauntlet. Even Hollow knight white palace and hall of pain are actually WAYYY more fun then these. Why? Because the game is faire and every time you die, it's the player mistake and you have some checkpoint to help if you die at certain point. In Blasphemous... gauntlet is shorter true, however, the fact that most of these challenge want you tu use the advance air bounce, kinda like the hollow knight pogo jump but wayyy worst. that is inconsistent, the time I die at the end of the gauntlet just because I pressed the button to do the advance air bounce thing and for me tu just fall like a rock and not bouncing and me dying and to have to restart from the start... it's horrible... I think you should have done more of a battle challenge room than platforming challenge since. let's be honest, there are not lots of platforming challenge in the actual game. These platforimng challenge are the worst I have ever played. I am sorry but that one start is mainly because of these section, they killed my fun for this game...
Setting up a Controller is utter garbage in this build. There are Menu buttons you can't assign like left and right shoulder buttons can't be changed for the menu.

I tried an XBox 360 controller myself and it wouldn't even recognize it. It would show numeric Button prompts in the game and you'll have to write down what is what like in the nineties.
Be prepared to play this with keyboard or not at all on PC.
