Blade Runner

Blade Runner is an atmospheric game, no question. But the gameplay is outdated, superficial and slow. The plot structure with different endings was certainly something new for an adventure game in 1997. But that doesn't change the uninteresting protagonist and the disappointing plot, which doesn't expand the Blade Runner universe and offers nothing surprising. My expectations of this "classic" were almost all disappointed. Definitely not a recommendation.

I have the original CD set of Blade runner DVD and Blade runner game. You can call me a fan :-) My first idea was: the original game had its quirks, I do not want to buy it again. But I hope that this version is a little different. The problem with reaction games is always: does the reaction game run well only on the developer PC with its CPU having this MHz value and that OS, or does the reaction game run well on many PCs. I hope somebody made the reaction games work on many PCs. I buy it again!

Why is the picture of McCoy distorted on this page? It makes no sense.

I had high hopes for this game but it is a mess , looking at all the positive comments for this game, they must have been wearing rose colored glasses, you go there , you go back there, walkthroughs dont help as i think i missed certain clues because they were not there, gave up no point in carrying on.

Did not finish. Did not play the original. It was just clicking on clues. No real involvement of my part. Imho Interactive Story.
