Addictive gameplay
I am new to DSA, though I heard a lot about the pen and paper games. In this ruleset, you can actual regenerate Astral Energy (mana) during a fight. This game is all about fights, strategy and decisions, you and your skills versus the RNG (Random Number Generator). Is it fun? Hell no! I hate my keyboard, the monitor and why does this heal spell ALWAYS fail!!!111elevenone Don't worry, You can replay each fights as often as you like and due to clever automatic saving points always step down from a fight. The movement in the world is more like in a Pen&Paper game, you are given tasks and progress throughout the world by decisions. There is no free movement of characters, but you rather beam everywhere or lets say the Dungeon Master puts you into the next scenery. At first it all feels very small, why can I only visit one place and only go left, right or straight? Once you see all the places on the world map, you realize this is merely chapter I. On the world map you can always travel to known places. The dialogues are good and follow character, you have different options for each party member and their skills. This is a Pre-Review and first impression, I feel a lot of potential and haven't even gasp the whole story yet. I am more a guy fleeing from justice.
