Baldur’s Gate 3 is something special, though. Its complexity is intimidating, but sticking with it and learning has such a high reward threshold that it's hard to not recommend the sequel to even the most casual gamers out there. It has heart, it has style, and it has the multi-year effort of a studio that obviously loves its source material. The mind-blowing size of the game itself and everything contained within is a testament to Larian Studios' dedication to its craft and commitment to bringing something incredible to the gaming public. The blend of the various Dungeon & Dragons systems into the game is almost flawless in its execution, and the math and storytelling combo does a one-two punch on almost every other RPG game out there. High quality and astoundingly fun, Baldur’s Gate 3 may just become the kind of game that old and new fans can agree is something extraordinary.

Potentially a masterpiece but still feels buggy
I don't know if these are issues exclusive to the GOG version but throughout the 10+ hours I played this game it came off as a buggy release. Some more major bugs that I noticed: 1. Enemies sometimes just wait during their turn, doing nothing until the turn timer runs out for some reason. This has happened during multiple fights. 2. Companions' approval won't rise until you remove them from the party and put them back in (I observed this with Karlach) 3. Some dialogue options don't appear properly - they just appear as "Continue" and nothing else, however, based on the npcs' responses, there should have been something else there. Otherwise I do feel like there is a masterpiece under all this dust but I think it's wiser to wait for a while until the bugs get fixed. I'll be holding off on playing until some new patches to roll out as well. The game as it is currently feels tainted and I don't want to play further where I might potentially run into even more bugs.

FFS patches!
it is a very good game, read... anyone else really but holy hell is the patches killing me at this point if your internet is "limited" either in speed or amounts, better worth waiting until they are done dropping.... 124 gb patches?? re-downloading the entire game seems a bit strange

Good experience, more than a CRPG game
200 Hrs so far and the game just keeps getting better. History, graphics, mechanics, decisions, all in this game is well done.
