It is worthless but I appretiate it
I consider *aesthetics only* DLCs (does not affects gameplay) as fair. You like the game and you would like to say "Thanks!" with your credit-card so you purchaise these DLCs (and you will get something worthless in the sense of gameplay as form of appretiation). It is clear and it does not penalize those who does not want to do the same. Five stars from me. There are shameless companies who will try to sell you loot-boxes of better starting gear. OMG, but do not do the same with soundtrack which was for free with original game. If you really want to monetize it, then separate tracks from original and EE game and sell only the new ones (and give for free the original ones even if you have "enhanced" them - well, I hope you did not). It really needs special kind of mentality of sell something which was free before. For the record: I am not reviewing EE game, just this DLC. I am not that happy with some EE changes Beamdog has made but I want to be fair.

Baldur's Gate: Faces of Evil
Many have given poor reviews due to the price of the portraits available, or that it took too long for Beamdog to release new ones. I saw this pack on sale for $0.49. For less than the price of a can of pop, I now have access to 6 new portraits. They are very well-done, and worth every penny. Artists already have a hard enough time getting money for their work, so every little bit helps. So, I gave a "little bit" for these works of art. Would I have paid more for these? Nope. For me, the $0.49 price tag was just the right price. My suggestion is to wait for a sale on these and grab 'em. More portraits are always nice, and these look very good.

Nicely done, yet rather meagre fayre.
£1.59 for three human men and three human women is OK if you want to add more of the less ugly avatars for your character creation to choose from. However, there are dozens of portraits available online for nowt. Ignore the naysayers bashing BG Enhanced Edition, I own all the enhanced versions and contrary to popular belief they arte like the original yet cleaner looking graphics and a myriad of squashed bugs fixed than the originals. Clearly the old Infinity Engine you can only do so much, yet the difference is night and day. For those new to Baldur's Gate entirely, get the Enhanced, there are ongoing patches and support is great.

Ignore the idiot's
Ignore the idiot's reviews if you don't wish to spend that much on portraits then don't buy the DLC no one is forcing you but if you start whining about it afterward you will be called out for what you are.
