Epic old school RPG
With over 1,000 hours in BG2/BG2EE, the Baldur's Gate CRPGs are the standard that all games try to emulate. The story, combat, and villian are all amazing. Mods breathe fresh life into the game if, like me, you have beat the saga dozens of times.

one of the best CRPGs created
I can't say enough good about this, even though it's old its still supper fun to play. Although, i still rate BG1 as better. Some might have issues with the D&D 2nd edition rules (which i cut my teeth on), but aside from character creation it should not hinder anyone.

Great Game and Linux libraries solution
The game is great and worth it i got on sale.As for libssl.so.1 library problem here is the solution: 1)Install Steam if it isn't installed (the easiest way to get the files) 2)Copy the files 'libssl.so.1.0.0' & 'libcrypto.so.1.0.0' from ~/.steam/bin/steam-runtime/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/ 3)Navigate to wherever you copied them to (i.e Documents, Downloads, etc.), right click and open a terminal there. 4)Run the following commands: sudo cp ./libssl.so.1.0.0 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu sudo cp ./libcrypto.so.1.0.0 /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu

Nice
I liked this game, even though I'm not a big fan of my characters running around on a big picture of a world. It follows Dungeons and Dragons' rules to the hilt. The voice acting and characters are great. The storyline is enjoyable. The graphics are better than the original Baldur's Gate, and a far upgrade from games like 'Planescape: Torment'. While I wouldn't want to pay full price for the older Dungeons and Dragons games, catch me on the right day, and I would feel it was worth $20.00.
