IM sorry...but this game is broken, i gave it two stars basicially to be nIce. When I first bought this game when it first came it had potensial I thought, but were never able to run it, I had the computer power to run it but it never did. Now I thought..hey I`ve always wanted to play this, im gonna gonna but. To my big suprice it actually runned. However my hopes were to much, as I came into the meny it only showed half the screen. I`ve tried everything that the users here has suggested with resolutions fixes and so on but nothing has worked. I just have to realize the truth..i will never be able to play this game. Which is my loss...my suggestion to u is that if you had probelms with this game before then dont buy it.

about 20 minutes into the game the entire thing glitched post-dialogue, at which point my character was suspended on the ceiling. reloaded game, same issue. Add the outdated graphics, bad jokes and stiff controls, quick uninstall.

ion storm, the makers of Deus Ex. must have been a great game. atmosphere and setting seemed great. seemed to age but i have no problem in playing old games. what i have a problem with is not being able to fix gamma and the game being too dark to see anything. this is a problem that has been reported on line with no solution apparently. cant play it. I rate it as a 1 star based on its issues today. no nostalgia affecting me as I didn't play it back in the day.

A lightning spark of creativity. Even people who don't like console-style RPGs much, this one's something special. Great writing, voice acting, and world design.
