An impressive title in all aspects.

Summary: An adult RPGmaker game with surprisingly deep gearing and combat systems, plus excellent postgame and even new game+ PROS + Possibly the best postgame (including new game+) in any mature title I have played + Multiple builds all possible and viable + Interesting boss fights (Surprising I know) + Very large amount of zones + The game does not take itself seriously, but still presents you with an excellent challenge + Lots of reasons to play NG+: new zones, items, crafting recipes, story, etc + Almost full control of what happens to the main character, and you have three different endings depending on your actions during the game + Even if you are not here for the adult themes, the game is still very fun CONS - Flying sharks. You will know what I mean. - In new game+ you basically gain the capacity to do everything, making the different builds a bit redundant. - Not all possible build paths are equally balanced - It is not exactly self-evident how to begin the new game +. They should have done a better job there. Subjective opinion: Strongly recommend. There is a lot to do and see, and this is definitely a game worthy of at least one, but possibly multiple playthroughs. Well worth the price. This might be my favorite RPGmaker game on GOG so far.

A solid corruption hentai RPG

This game is pretty much considered a classic within the corruption genre. The corruption builds up slowly which makes it feel more rewarding. Story has a pretty good premise. Essentially, you're just a priest trying to spread your faith among the island. Of course, you start off as an innocent virgin but you have the freedom to do whatever you want. Be the town bicycle? Go ahead. For gameplay, I think it's actually pretty solid. Solid enough that I managed to beat through the game as a virgin. The game also has controller support which is how I played through it. There are some flaws though. For example, during sex scenes, it's mainly still images. There are very few scenes were it's animated but some of them aren't done in the best way. Also, the only sound effects are just the usual plapping and creampie noise. There are no moans which makes me feel a bit disappointed. Here's where I get a little subjective but for me personally, I'm not too big on the artstyle and how the main character looks. I personally prefer the women to look very thick and busty or just more mature in general. Other than that, I definitely recommend this game.

Very Good Game

Game is well done. It has a nice little story, good mechanics that include skill leveling, gathering/fishing nodes, crafting, different ways to level you stats and multiple endings. The "good ending" is the virgin route. There is also a very nice end game, with several quests and a big big boss, all nicely included in the overall story. There is also a NewGame+ where you keep your stats and most of your gears. The CG scenes are classic stills, but nicely done. You can unlock them all after. I really enjoyed playing that game.

Solid game and worth the price

I've reviewed this game already on steam. Because I can't just copy-paste the steam review over here I'm going to link to my full review and give a TLDR here. Steam review: https://steamcommunity.com/id/TrueCorruptedSoul/recommended/1078350/ TLDR: I like this game. It's all around very solid especially when compared to other games kagura has published. The writing is good and doesn't take itself too seriously, the h-scenes are well done, the gameplay is more engaging than many of the other hrpgs I've played and you aren't railroaded into a collection of bad endings ( though you can practically smell the games disappointment when you choose not to corrupt the character ). I'd recommend picking this up if you're looking for a decent hrpg. Just be warned that like most other hrpgs the h-content in this game primarily revolves around moral corruption, r*pe and blackmail.
