Description
Loyalty carries a price and no one knows this more than agent Michael Thorton. A talented young agent cast out by his government, Thorton is the only one with the information needed to stop an impending international catastrophe. Flawed jewel, but still a jewel
The graphics is a bit clunky, the storyline feels a bit old in 2020s, but it's still a fantastic spy novel. :)

Fun spy game with actual choices
One of my favorite games of all time. Gameplay for the moment to moment parts of the game can be fiddly but the story is great and your choices actually do matter the overall trajectory of the game. GOG's work on this fixed some the more annoying bugs that came with playing this on modern computers. Highly recommended.

Often very frustrating
(About 9h into it, though with a ton of trial and failure in figuring the mechanics out.) Yes, the story/dialogue and decision system seems impressive. And so easy to fuck up (and then difficulty to undo unless you manually saved last checkpoint). While many playstyles probably work, I find there being too many sections where they break the stealth for me. And with the pistol being useless beyond 6-10 meters, it takes a long time waiting for the perk to cool down to get more "long range" shots in. The most annoying part is how much room for improvement there is. Like hanging out with a really funny and interesting friend, who at random times punches you in the face.
