The first peaceful minutes are a huge contrast to what follows later. Running away from your home, one tragedy comes after another. And the only one you have to rely on in the 14th century is just yourself.

A stealth puzzle game set in 14th century France with an engaging story, likeable characters, a solid soundtrack, and enough mechanics to keep things interesting without feeling overwhelming. At around 10hrs long at a leisurely pace, it's well worth a try, especially when on sale.

the game wasn't anything groundbreaking and as soon as I was getting attached to the premise of siblings surviving the ratpocalypse, it made the little brother a maguffin. now with made up lore about the whole macula was just a symptom of how boring this game was going to be. the gameplay loop itself was unimaginative and boring within the first hour but the interest in the story made me power through. by the end the janky controls and all encounters being one hit kills, coupled with the most boring gameplay man can imagine had me begging for a game to just end for the first time. even till its last breath it wouldnt quit it with the rotten stealth loops. ps: on a personal note, never have i hated a 6 year old more. i just wish so bad that somebody would call him out.
