A Plague Tale: Innocence

Liked everything. Voice and Cutscenes of highest quality. Intriguing touching story. Puzzles mostly easy but not always. Big fun!

I'm only a few hours in, however this game is really fun and gets you hooked very quickly. The graphics are great and the gameplay is really fun.

This game has an engaging story, and I like that we can one-shot bad guys with the sling. However, I am extremely unhappy that the devs killed off the dog in the beginning. Even though I barely knew the dog, I cried so badly. So much I had to pause the game and lay down on my bed. I honestly wish they hadn't included the dog at all. I just love dogs too much, and I hate seeing them die in anything. My other issue is that... no melee combat. If Amicia was given a bow so she could remain the stealthy character as the devs desired, I would've been content. Unfortunately, I got stuck with a sling. Absolutely nothing cool about slings beyond being used as a gadget. If this game had excluded the dog and had at least given her a bow, I would've given this game five stars. Unfortunately, they didn't... so four stars is the best I can do.
