A nice way to convey a story

Really, the main point is discovering the story of the owner of the phone before it got lost. If you want a touching and believable story about friendships, relationships, bigotry and privacy and want to connect the dots between fragments of the story, this game might be for you. I found the characters well written and there are additional touches / interactions that add a bit of depth, and sometimes things get a new meaning. And I dare not say anything else about the story to not spoil it. Gameplay-wise, it is rather simple. You found a normal lost smartphone with a simplified interface and you get to inspect the texts, pictures, … of the former owner. A few things are behind passwords, so you need to find those, but the puzzles are not hard if you follow the story (I looked up one hint, but I think it might not be really needed). The interface is intuitive, but sometimes too barebones, e.g. swiching apps often does not preserve position, and since the game is very often "reading walls of text on a tiny phone interface", this is a bit annoying, but not too much. The music is nice and fits the game, the drawing is also cute. I quite enjoyed the game, it hit home with me. I'd say, if you are not too conservative, give it a try (it's cheap and short :-D)

Chill and cute game!

This is a short game (it takes just over 1 hour) with a very beautiful story. The "unfitting" theme is treated in a very spontaneous way. There are some puzzles related to passwords and codes to enter some applications, but nothing out of this world. The proposal is a short tour on someone's cell phone with a brilliant story. I found it very peaceful. Ideal for taking breaks from more complex games of the genre (adventure and point and click).

Indoctrination, the Video Game!

This had the promise of being an interesting clicker puzzle game, but once the indoctrination started, it went strong! It was just too on-the-nose. It was more a supplemental read on coming out in the LGTB community and explanation of associated terms, with a hint of click puzzler. Just not much "game" to the game. People simply don’t write like that on message boards. The sequel (“Another Lost Phone”) did a much better job of delivering info in a more natural way. Nice concept, though, wish there were more games like this!
