Your Diary seems like a funny, winsome, cute visual novel. I say seems, for, alas, the complete version of this novel is only available in Japan (and, naturally, requires knowledge of the Japanese language).
There is an easily accessible version on Steam, but not only is it incomplete (they have cut out the erotic scenes, principally) - it also features a terrible English translation. Both of these are what people call 'deal-breakers'.
Now, I have seen much of this novel - fragments, passages - and I'd really like to read it. There seems to be a happy essence to it, twined with the romantic and the amusing - and some fantastical elements, too.
The artist who drew the characters, Kantoku, has a cute, sweet style that can be a joy to behold; I've enjoyed his work elsewhere (e.g., original illustrations, light novels and their various adaptations). Besides, I deem such stories (visual novels devoid of great woe, madness or torment - and, instead, celebrating tenderness, love's joy, or generally positive emotions and situations, even if not free of dramatic episodes whose hardships serve the plot well), such stories, then, can be immensely enjoyable as something light-hearted, cute, lusty, love-nourishing.
What we need is the complete version, with all its erotic scenes, all its details (I believe it is known as Your Diary+ H - of course, it may be offered as an incomplete version plus a patch, the way GOG and other stores usually do it). It should ideally include the Japanese text for those who can read it and (chiefly, of course) a proper English translation.
Amid all the wonderful stories of sorrow and violence, let's wish for cute love stories, like this one, to bloom in GOG's gardens, as well.
