TOCA Race Driver 3 was released in Europe and North America on February 24, 2006. The game features several fully licenced championships, including the DTM series and V8 Supercar championship. It includes 120 Championships and 35 Types of Racing through the Championship in World Tour, Pro Career, and Free Race. Also it has Bonus Championships in different disciplines. They take place largely in the UK and Germany, though many more tracks are unlocked by winning cups in Pro Career, or by setting a lap time record on a course within Pro Career mode. Open wheel, GT, Oval racing, Rallying and Off-road racing were all featured, and can be raced in either a detailed Pro Career mode or an open-ended World Tour. Online play allows 12 and 8 players on Xbox and PlayStation 2, respectively. Currently, it is the only racing simulator for PlayStation 2 with an online racing mode. It received good reviews, frequently being compared favorably to Gran Turismo 4 and Forza Motorsport, in the aspects of cars on track, damage and AI.Show more

TOCA Race Driver 3, a game that marked my childhood, is much more than just a simple racing simulator. Its realism, variety of modes, and the sense of immersion it offered made it an unforgettable experience. From the exciting touring car races to the challenging rallies, each mode presented a unique and thrilling world. The feeling of speed behind the wheel of a DTM car at Hockenheim, the precision required in the rally stages in Finland, or the adrenaline of the GT races at Donington Park, all felt authentic and vibrant. The graphics, for the time, were impressive, and the sound of the engines made you feel like you were inside the car. But what truly made TOCA Race Driver 3 special was its career mode. The story of Ryan McKane, a driver fighting his way up in the world of motorsports, completely captivated me. Every race, every victory, and every defeat felt personal. TOCA Race Driver 3 not only taught me about cars and racing but also instilled values such as perseverance, dedication, and the spirit of overcoming challenges. It's a game that I will always remember fondly, and that left an indelible mark on me.

Despite the fact I still have a working DVD of this game, I would simply love to have a Gog version So I can easily install and especially RUN it on Windows 11! And this game supports TrackIR!
Played as a little kid, but wasn't good at it. (Still have the DVD) Today as F1 and motorsport fan one of the best old motorsport racing games out there. Just the variety of classes and the ability to drive with controller or wheel amazes me till today. Sadly, there is no official digital version available, which is why I would really like to have it in the GOG store.
This is my favourite career mode of any racing game to ever exist. Working your way up through the disciplines feels amazing, along with the variety of vehicles and the actual motorsport based setting. Sadly, due to a lack of digital versions of the game and a DRM that causes some issues, it's quite difficult to play in modern times. It would be great to see it available again.

Why do I want this game on GOG? When I saw that you had the possibility of adding discontinued games, TOCA Race Driver 3 was the first game I thought of, Because this game was my childhood fun, I didn't play to much because my mom always scolded me for playing video games and not doing my homework for school, and it was my first simulator at the time, I loved the great variety of cars and categories it had, PLEASE GOG DO WHAT IS NECESSARY SO THAT I CAN FINALLY ENJOY THIS GAME WITH ALL THE EXCITEMENT IN THE WORLD, whenever I wanted to buy it I didn't have money, and when I was able to buy it the game was already discontinued. that broke my heart.

Играл ещё будучи в детстве, на днях вспомнил что была такая потрясная игра, решил поискать лицензионную версию, но к сожалению не нашел. Было бы отлично увидеть ее хотя бы на этой площадке

I am not going to talk about the gameplay or anything like that, I am sure others have covered it greatly. What I will say is something that very few PC games have/had over the decades. EXCELLENT controls/feel with the keyboard. EXCELLENT.

THIS please. Literally the first game I thought of when finding out about GOG Dreamlist. It`s way to good to be abandond, and, in my opinion, the last "real" entry of the TOCA/GRID series.
Those games also need your vote!
Need for Speed: Underground 2
Need for Speed: Underground 2Need For Speed Underground 2 takes place in Bayview after the events of Need for Speed: Underground. The prologue begins with the player driving in a Nissan Skyline R34 in Olympic City (though the racing scenes are actually in Bayview), the setting of NFS:UG. He then receives a race challenge from a rather ominous personality who offers him a spot on his crew, but "won't take 'no' for an answer." The player races off — despite Samantha's warnings — only to be ambushed by a mysterious driver in a rage that totals his Skyline. The driver, who has a unique scythe tattoo, makes a call confirming the accident, and the flashback fades out.
