Unfortunately I had to buy it on CD but I would be really happy if it came out on GOG. I hope that the multiplayer works as soon as it's online on GOG. what I love about GOG is that they have all the retro games that came out back then, screw sSteam

This was one of those games that had a great demo, the only thing I was able to play and enjoy. But it was truly a wonderful experience. Once I was able to purchase my own games it was impossible to get it from an official source. Now having the opportunity to get it with outstanding support from GOG is a chance for it to shine once again.
Man I forgot about this game! It was a clone of AoE2 that I played on an absolute craptop, and it's honestly such a fun take on the game. Getting this with multiplayer support would be a cool new spin for us who played AoE2 to death
I remeber playing this one and "Dragon Throne: Battle of Red Cliffs" both had unique mechanics but one wasn't a streight update to the other, really both have their fans and it would be great to have this one back.

Can't really remember whether I played this one or "Dragon Throne: Battle of Red Cliffs", but having my older brother introduce me to this 3 kingdoms Chinese era game is probably one of my oldest RTS memories. I really want a GOG re-release so I can finally experience the game with my full brain comprehension (before it's too late) :D
This game plays exactly like Age of Empires did. I remember much preferring this game over Age of Empires simply because the story is that of the Three Kingdoms in China. The CD I have for it long stopped working and would love to play this game again. The generals you get during each campaign can level up and become more powerful or worse die and cost you a loss and force you to restart.

I found the game interesting because you often had several maps in one single mission, your own and the enemies and the overworld map that interconnected the personal maps for each faction fighting that mission. There also supplies to worry about when setting out on campaign. Every faction had their own wall that that was built from the start of the map, so siege equipment were also required. There were Heroes with different abilities that you could train and level up. And a very interesting art style. Similar to Age of Empires but less unit spammy, definitely a unique experience.

I used to play with my cousin every summer of early 2000s! Miss this game a lot. I really enjoyed the story line and strategies playing this game. It's one of the best!

i cant describe it with worlds alone. played only demo of it and spend some good time to even find it name based on random searches on internet front strategy game played it like crazy back in the day for hours despite it only being demo
So i remembered getting the demo from one of the Magazines back in the early 2000's and this was one of the games i played the most beside Desperado. So i was hoping that GOG would have it and buy it and download it and play the whole game
Those games also need your vote!

Black & White 2
Black & White 2In the game, the player takes the role of a god called from the void (nothingness) to help those who invoked them. However, the player is not an omnipotent style god, but rather a god who rises and falls with his believers and the player must help develop their nature according to their good or evil desires. The player also has a creature, their physical representation in the world, which takes the form of an anthropomorphic ape, lion, wolf, turtle, cow, or tiger. Its physical manifestation can grow to an immense size, and adopt a good or evil persona separate of the player's. They develop their character as the player rewards or punishes their actions. In addition to the god simulation and city-building elements introduced in the original Black & White, Black & White 2 also features elements of real-time strategy gameplay, with the addition of controllable warfare and fighting units.

Dune
DuneDune is a 1992 video game, based upon Frank Herbert's science fiction novel of the same name. Developed by Cryo Interactive, is the first of the Dune computer games. Dune blended adventure with economic and military strategy, and is considered by many the most immersive Dune computer game. Loosely following the story of the novel, the game casts the player as Paul Atreides, with the ultimate goal of driving the Harkonnen from Planet Dune, while managing spice extraction, military, and later, ecology through the native Fremen tribes. As the player progresses, his troops are equipped with weapons from "crysknives" to atomics, tap into Paul's latent psychic powers, and get acquainted with such characters from the book as Chani and Liet-Kynes.
