This title is too good to be stuck with DRM, I own it on steam and would happily buy it again if it meant it came without DRM. I like to own my video games myself thank you very much, I am not paying someone for the privelege to play their game. I bought it it should be mine. And anyone else that purchased a copy.
Now Steam has not shown at any point that they are slowing down, if anything they are just getting bigger and bigger. I say good on them, but I still would prefer DRM free games. So losing access to this or any other DRM games on Steam is not a big possibility rn, as Steam is still going strong. But it is a possibility.
