I liked this reboot. I couldn’t drive at the time this game came out so I rode my bike early in the morning to GameStop and back home. Took 3hrs and some jelly legs but it was worth it! I’m really surprised the game is available on GamePass but ONLY for Xbox and not PC. Seriously?! Yeah if my PS3 didn’t break, I would be enjoying it still.
This was my entry to the series and absolutely loved it. Great soundtrack and controls, with good difficulty ramping too. Along with typical race and stunt modes, the new survival mode was really fun -- handling ice, big cliffs, low oxygen, and even freezing temperatures. I played this all the way through on Xbox 360. It really bummed me out that this game never got a PC release. I would love to replay this game all over again on the PC. And again.
