I remember playing this game as a kid and it was my first experience with a semi-open world. The map felt massive and you could traverse it with vehicles, rollerblades, and even a plane. Half the fun was exploring the map, it took a backseat to the missions. I remember a massive park, a swimming pool, the alligator town. The missions were ok, most were "get from A to B". I'm surprised it's not more popular, a lot of love went into the game.
