Even if GOG doesn't do this Resident Evil bundle deal. You're getting two decent spin off Resident Evil games. Both has a solid campaign with a notable learning curve. Raid Mode in both Resident Evil games are vastly different. Thankfully you do have the option for online co-op. Every mode in Revelations 2 has that. Simply comparing the campaigns two massively different experiences. Revelations 1 has this rather unique style that's classic and modern RE game play. There's a lot more levels since they do differ in length from short to somewhat lengthy. Revelations 2 has four episodes with two notable sections. The first set for every episode you play as Claire and Moira. The remaining halves being Moira's dad Barry and a little girl named Natalia. Revelations 1 had this cool scan feature I wish would've came back. In a sense it did through Natalia's pointing or Moira's flash light respectively. Revelations 1 has a notable water theme. Revelations 2 is more of an underground theme. We're talking more than normal for an RE game. You get a lot of great unlockables that takes months possibly a few years to get em all. I personally felt both Raid Modes is better than the actual campaigns. I put hundreds of hours into Revelations 2's Raid Mode across two versions. Revelations 1 is more notable within the RE community. It's a huge shame Revelations 2 such an underrated RE game. I do personally like Revelations 2 a bit more. Difficulty spikes are somewhat a bit unbalanced at times. Despite that, two great Resident Evil games packed with plenty of content worth checking out.
