I've never played this game by myself, but always at LAN-parties with several colleagues (you'd have to choose internet play and not LAN play, because the LAN play used some ancient protocol). The days after the LAN-party, colleagues would randomly shout "Like shooting fish in a barrel" or some other cheesy comment from the game.

A virtual reality arcade game ported to PC, Operation Blockade was a 360-degree wave-based WWII-themed base defense shooter that had a conquest narrative to make each level feel more meaningful. It was a favorite of mine as a kid and I'd love to see it have a shot again.
