I didn't play this game as a kid, but I loved the show it was based on immensely. I went on to co-produce the Discotek DVD re-release and the HD remaster for Blu-ray. It was an intense experience to preserve basically everything from the show but this part of the franchise remains trapped on PS2. I've since played the game on my own stream after completing the remaster and it is a lot of fun. It's a unique concept for a racing game and for fans of the show, it captures that IGPX feeling incredibly well. If we could get this on GOG, it would be preserved forever, just like the show itself when it was recently upgraded to HD after much effort.
