I remember playing the original NES version and choosing a thief for his luck attribute. Was pretty underwhelmed years later when I found out the luck Stat is not working in the NES version, but pretty happy that I got all of those sick crits because of MY luck lol
I always wanted to play the original final fantasy, but for a long time it was very hard to find a way to play it until the Pixel Remaster of the first six games in the series came out! I instantly fell in love with the new orchestral arrangement of the OST (although they now also have the option to swich to the original version which is awesome!), the graphics took me back to playing old JRPGs on my gameboy as a kid. I felt like I was taking my inner child on a grand little fantasy adventure with the characters. And the other games in the bundle are great too!
I want this bundle to be on GOG because I want there to be an easy and accessible way for people to enjoy the older final fantasy games while having all the wonderful benefits that come from buying games from GOG - no DRM, being able to install games with or without the launcher and play them offline, and I want them to be preserved for years to come so no matter what, no matter how our technology changes, people can enjoy a lovingly produced remaster of these games.
Black & White 2In the game, the player takes the role of a god called from the void (nothingness) to help those who invoked them. However, the player is not an omnipotent style god, but rather a god who rises and falls with his believers and the player must help develop their nature according to their good or evil desires. The player also has a creature, their physical representation in the world, which takes the form of an anthropomorphic ape, lion, wolf, turtle, cow, or tiger. Its physical manifestation can grow to an immense size, and adopt a good or evil persona separate of the player's. They develop their character as the player rewards or punishes their actions. Diablo IILike its predecessor, Diablo II is an action role-playing game with dark fantasy and horror themes. Fable IIFable 2 is the second game in the fable series by Lionhead Studios, it is an open world role-playing game. It has a simple story line where the hero needs to save Albion from the evil Lord Lucian by collecting together the other three heroes to defeat him. Interactive cut-scenes are a large part of the game however the main character never speaks and all dialogue is uncontrolled.
The game features a large variety of game play and freedom, allowing a player to shape the world around and the characters appearance and moral standing based on decisions throughout the game.
