An absolute blast. I was 12, and this was only one of the many flight sims I played back in the day. The simplicity, and therefor tactical complexity of the dogfight aswell as the purity of flying these planes is what I love about games like this one. There were some attempts to make a game as good as this one was. But other than a cash grave (rise of flight) there's nothing really out there. This was a really good fighter plane sim of this period of war. To this day the best imo. I'd love to replay it. I think I even have the data from some abandonware site from like 15 years ago. But even with Dosbox I never managed to make it run.
