I have this with all the extra content on both Xbox 360 Live Arcade and PSN. I played both versions to a very high degree. Lots of fun to be had, and I've spent actual thousands of hours on this game.
A note for bringing this over with pros and cons of each platform:
XBLA:
Pros - Clean visuals designed for 1080p (this is the original version), all the item/skills and character balancing are present here with its final patch.
Cons - No same-console multiplayer. Network matchmaking only.
-----
PSN:
Pros - Able to play with 4 players on a single profile locally, which allows for easier loot progression, especially with the more rare boss drops.
Cons - Issues with frame rate/frame pacing, the visuals don't scale well to 1080p, appear to be closer to 720p. Biggest con, though, is that some of the DLC characters lack their last balance patches from the XBLA version, despite this version coming out at least a year later.
If this is preserved, I'd prefer the XBLA version over the PSN version mainly due to some of the characters being rendered useless, or at least severely underpowered on PSN compared to their XBLA counterparts. Ideally, the local multiplayer feature of the PSN version would be great to have ported to the XBLA, which would easily make it a definitive version.
