It was one of the first games I played as a child. What I remember most is the amazing soundtrack and the atmosphere of a beautiful, magical land. I still have the CD with the game, but unfortunately the game doesn't run on new systems. So all that's left are memories.

One of my favorite games! Reminds me of a childhood, but unfortunately I'm no longer able to play it due to lack of an old PC, which could run it smoothly. I hope that some day I would be able to simply download it form GOG, press huge "PLAY" button and enjoy the game <3
I remember this title very clearly, it was the first Video Game I was EVER exposed to. The aesthetic, atmoshpere, and music have stayed with Me since! I think this is also the most complete incarnation of the game, it has multiple editions. There are very few games I wish to play again as much as this one! I belive it's one of the best possible candidates for a GoG release that can be found. The game is abandonware, it can't run on modern systems (even with an original CD), it will eventually die in obscurity. In this case, a GoG release would both, preserve it for the future, and let Folks like Me re-visit a happy memory! It's exactly the sort of game that needs to be kept from oblivion on GoG, it's cherished by People (even if maybe not that many), but not widely known, not nearly enough to shield it from vanishing. That's why I wrote this story. So far, I've not done so for any other title on the whole Dreamlist. I belive it really deserves GoG's help, it's the place and people best equipped to save it!
One of the games from my childhood I remember the best, as well as most fondly. It has influenced my aesthetic taste and even something deeper inside me - I yearn to see the world like the one presented by the game, it's likely been as influential as HoMM 3's rampart and fortress in this regard. The mix of vibrant fairytale art style and interactive objects looking like they were made out of playdough are really reminiscent of some of the 90s and early 2000s polish and american childrens' TV sets which probably also helped make such a lasting impact on me, as it reminded me of even earlier childhood. The way the levels are structured, funnily enough, is replayed by me every time I have a little free time when I disappear in the woods and explore deeper and deeper (I don't slay anyone with an axe or magic though!) :) I still have the original CD and the game is available on abandonware websites but I haven't seen anyone claim they've been able to run the game properly (I still have the original computer I played it on first time though, I wonder if it still works... I think I may even have the CRT monitor!). It's a real shame because whenever I show it to people, they actually show interest and desire to play the game!
I remember I was playing that on my uncle's PC almost 2 decades ago. He really liked it too. Those were the times when the thrills of collecting treasures and having a high score were very lively. The levels were full of sparkly and colorful treasures, and the visuals were very pleasant to look at. It was pretty simple action-platformer, but you can't deny it's a charming game.
