This DOES have a PC version! SEGA are notorious for having one-off PC versions of their historic catalogue even if those versions aren't exactly great representations of the game or franchise. I would hope GOG reaches out to these publishers to look into preserving them for modern platforms!
A great Gamecube game and what I personally think might be one of Sega's best... it got an official PC release too. This platformer has charming visuals, a lovely soundtrack, a really unique gameplay type, and elements that cater a bit to both score attack and "collect-a-thon" fans while staying its own. It's even got some of that 2000s-era Sega/Sonic Team togetherness, with cameos from Sonic, Nights, and even Phantasy Star Online. An absolute time capsule of Sega's legacy + a genuinely fun experience all the way through. Yet it seemingly hasn't been re-released anywhere since the PC port was made in 2006!
One of my favorite GameCube games growing up, but it’s sadly never been rereleased to modern consoles or PC store fronts like Steam. I would love it if I could experience it again!
This game needs to get more easily accessible. The PC version is Europe exclusive and you will be SHELLing out over $150 for a physical copy for the Gamecube. Billy Hatcher needs more love and would love to see this on GoG.
Genuinely one of my favourite games of all time! I could go on forever and ever about how much potential the IP has, the years I've spent gushing over it to anybody who will listen. One of my favouritest memories is the day I wore my cosplay of him to Con, and all day heard nothing but love for this game from other fans who recognised him :D As a kid, I wasn't even particularly good at the game initially. But kid-me was more than happy to plug in a 2nd controller and run around in the multiplayer level for hours, just playing with the eggs and level mechanics. (It was a great day for childhood-me when I finally beat the 1st boss and was delighted to discover there were more levels). This game holds so much fun and visual charm of 00s Sega, and I think definitely could garner new fans if made 100% more accessible on modern PCs. Sega has been working to reboot or preserve other titles, (reboots/remakes of the likes of Crazy Taxi, as well as G-MODE preserving older ATLUS mobile games), I think preserving this one as well would be a great step for them :D

Rose tinted glasses on this one - but this was the game I bought myself (Gamecube) to celebrate passing my driving test that day! I was a big fan of Sega/Sonic Team games back in the day - and this was Peak Sega 2003. It straddled the line between old school simplistic gameplay with high res visuals (for the time) and additional systems to add variety. While it did feel a little like a hodge podge of "lets throw this in and see if it works" - I loved every minute! I - ahem - /tried/ the PC version back in the day and remember it being limited to digital controls but otherwise being quite faithful. I'd love to see GOG work their magic on this one! p.s. - a quick edit to say... Good Morning!
This was one of the weird obscure games me and my big brother played before it was time to get to the school bus. The multiplayer experience was amazing, but the story was just as fun and phenomenal. The way they inquire the egg as the main selling point is really unique. You couldn't do anything without accessing an egg. I would LOVE to buy this game and add it to my modern game library. Sega should definitely have more games like this nowadays. Just have fun making and publishing weird games again, because games like this kept me and my brother out of whatever major trouble there was.

I've played the heck out of this game on GameCube and later on found out it was on Windows. Hopefully GOG can preserve the PC version and fix it up a bit. The gameplay is you the player rolling eggs around and using it for platforming. You can also defeat enemies with it as well. It's a very charming game by Sega that feels like it should've gotten a sequel but never really did.
Those games also need your vote!

Unlike earlier survival horror games that focused on protagonists with combat training, the main character Harry Mason is an average man. The gameplay consists of combat, exploration, and puzzle-solving. The controller vibration is used to indicate Harry's heartbeat and will vibrate on low health. The player must regularly enter an inventory screen to check Harry's health, use items, and equip different weapons.

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Black & White 2
Black & White 2In the game, the player takes the role of a god called from the void (nothingness) to help those who invoked them. However, the player is not an omnipotent style god, but rather a god who rises and falls with his believers and the player must help develop their nature according to their good or evil desires. The player also has a creature, their physical representation in the world, which takes the form of an anthropomorphic ape, lion, wolf, turtle, cow, or tiger. Its physical manifestation can grow to an immense size, and adopt a good or evil persona separate of the player's. They develop their character as the player rewards or punishes their actions. In addition to the god simulation and city-building elements introduced in the original Black & White, Black & White 2 also features elements of real-time strategy gameplay, with the addition of controllable warfare and fighting units.

Dune
DuneDune is a 1992 video game, based upon Frank Herbert's science fiction novel of the same name. Developed by Cryo Interactive, is the first of the Dune computer games. Dune blended adventure with economic and military strategy, and is considered by many the most immersive Dune computer game. Loosely following the story of the novel, the game casts the player as Paul Atreides, with the ultimate goal of driving the Harkonnen from Planet Dune, while managing spice extraction, military, and later, ecology through the native Fremen tribes. As the player progresses, his troops are equipped with weapons from "crysknives" to atomics, tap into Paul's latent psychic powers, and get acquainted with such characters from the book as Chani and Liet-Kynes.
