Game crashes at launch. Error: "Front-end sound samples failed to load-try reinstalling the game." Repair/Reinstall cant fix it Found no solution online...

For me who played original demo of this game. The "competitive" balance patch who nerfed forexample cluster granade into dust is a deal breaker for me in this package. One of the frag shells of cluster granade seems to deal only 5-10 damage which is ridicculously low not to mention all the 4 clusters are always going into random direction. Also direct hit of the cluster granade only takes up to 15 damage. Cluster granade used to make damage up to 75 if it was properly hit, now its completely useles. Also cpu seems to have too good sight for normal granade. Also missile is being heavilly nerfed. And it also pisses me off because I liked that in the original balanse of the game. Where are holy granades and cow bomb from the default item drop packages? Seems like they are being removed too its another negative for the mistakes made by balanse patch collection. I hate to say but its a little bit disappointment. Those who made this balanse patch did not make the game better but only nerfed the weapons that I liked to use. If you definitely love worms armageddon, get the original cd-version.

With no controler support it feels incomplete and is difficult to overlook. Movement is clunky, for example requiring inputs like 2 taps of the enter key to perfrom a backflip left and right arrow keys for movement and sometimes use of the mouse. I would highly encourage you to lookup the full list of controls to fully understand. There is a grid weapon selection view, left click will bring that up saving you from having to use the F 1- 12 keys. The game is playable but will take some getting used to.

Worms Armageddon is very good, but Worms World of Party is better IMHO. So if no have any of those games and must to buy one of them, then I recommend WWP(remastered).
