Gem of a Point and Click
I rarely play this type of game but I really enjoyed it, great story and characters.

Great but sometimes confusing
I like the overal tone and message of the game, but I sometimes struggles with the motives of main character, especially after the great reveal. Also the graphics and animations feels sometimes like unfinished or unpolished and it vary among scenes / characters which sometimes looks wierd.

A Diamond in the Rough!
I'm a big fan of P&C Adventure games (particularly the old school Lucastarts stuff), but I've grown picky over recent years due to encoutering boring/extremely disappointing experiences (looking at you, Broken Age/Tails Noir/recent Monkey Island takes). However, I have been absolutely blown away by Unavowed!! Everything about it has been spectacular - the art/design, the music, the dialogue, the story, the characters! I haven't run into a P&CA game this detailed and nuanced in some time, and it's so refreshing and wonderful!! The fact that there's genuine replayability in this as well is exciting, and I look forward to sharing this game with others who enjoy the same!

Fantastic Adventure From Wadjet Eye
I was really, really impressed by this game. I thought the last Blackwell game really showed Wadjet Eye's growth, and this one hit for me as well. Very interesting backdrop - full of supernatural oddness in a NYC setting. I really liked the team members, too. I especially thought Mandana was cool, the half-human, half-djinn. Her voice actress nailed the part. Most of the folks did, honestly, it's all really well done. Speaking of teammates, it does the Maniac Mansion thing where you can choose two for each mission. I made sure to try them all, but you'd obviously need to play through again to experience the differing dialogue and solutions to puzzles. I wouldn't say any of them are particularly difficult - very little moon logic here - but I did get occasionally stuck and the few times I looked it was an absolute "derp" moment. So I don't feel bad about it. But I think the story is the main draw over the puzzling. I definitely recommend this one to adventure-heads. It really hit the spot for its 12-hour runtime. It didn't even feel that long, because I was fully engrossed in the game. 9/10.

Good but not great
As with most of Wadjet Eyes inhouse-developed games it is a nice Point & Click Adventure with good voice acting, a decent story and solid puzzles. Sadly it never reaches the brilliance of their externally developed games like Resonance, Gemini Rue, Technobabylon or Primordia. If you are a fan of the genre you still cant go wrong with Wadjet Eye Games.
