False promises from dev
Got the demo due to backing this project. Great idea, terrible execution. The dev NEVER published a roadmap and the community manager provided evasive answers when I asked about one. I chose to back this project due to its idea, I hadn’t realized its execution would be so terrible. Don’t make the same mistake I made.

Very unpolished.
Gameplay mechanics feel very dated. Especially with stealth. You move far too slow to catch up to any enemies when walking around and combat is extremely simple.

How did they get Shawnee Smith on this?
A simple game being so buggy just makes you question how did they managed to screw so badly. Not recomended. Bought it only because of Shawnee Smith (Amanda on the SAW series) voices the playable character of Bloody Mary.

Game feels early access
The game feels like early access but not being marketed as one. The game has a cool concept but poor execution in every way. The story is bad, the graphics are a joke with tons and tons of bugs. The combat is terrible, probably the worst combat I have seen since a PS2 game. The game is extremely short. I completed it in 4hrs. This game has prided itself from the beginning before release that the game would be very dark, and it's just not. The exucutions felt like something a 15-year-old would come up with and think is cool, and there's barely any blood and gore, and every time you execute someone or tourture someone it has a black and gray filter which is funny for a "disturbing game" the game is not worth $30 at all. I would say the game is worth $15 to $20 at the most, and that's being generous. The game was not ready to release at all, and it does not have that shock factor they were going for. The Mortal Kombat fatalitys are more disturbing than this. I give this game a 4/10 for now. The devs needs to give this game a ton of polish and more, to make me give it a good review.

Buggy mess
i've played MadMind games since the original Agony. They have a track record of releasing games that are buggy af and then treating them like early access titles and patching them intermittently. They never do quite reach the polished level, unfortunately and I see this title following the same pattern.
