Great multiplayer mode with a few bugs
Having previously played Grim Dawn and found it very enjoyable, I was happy to learn from a friend that the game it had been based on, Titan Quest, was available from GOG. I immediately purchased it and we - my SO and I - dived into it. We are currently going through the main campaign and enjoy every second of the game. The graphics are nice, if a bit outdated, and the mythical monsters very varied. The loot is also nicely diversified with some fabulous, epic pieces of equipment dropping from time to time. We listed two minor cons so far: * the mobs are quite stupid, much less challenging than in Grim Dawn, in that they tend to attack one by one instead of 'recruiting' nearby mobs. This may change when we try it again in 'hard' mode? * getting connected to the LAN server sometimes fails : the server will not show up on the client. More rarely, the client (= PC that is NOT hosting the game) seems to loose synchronization during a game session, resulting in invisible mobs, items or players. The only fix is then to restart the server, resulting in a minor loss of some in-game progress if it happened far from a teleporter.
Hilft dir das weiter?
