Lead the campaign under the orders of Quintus Crane, ruler of the New Empire, and reconquer the lands devastated by the infected.
In this mode, a random world is generated with its own events, weather, geography, and infected population. You must build a successful colony that must survive for a specific period of time against the swarms of infected. It is a fast and ultra addictive game mode. We plan to release a challenge of the week where all players must play the same random map. The best scores will be published in a leaderboard.
This is a real-time strategy game, but don’t get too nervous. You can pause the action to take the best strategic and tactical decisions.
Build dwellings and acquire food for the colonists. They will come to live and work for the colony.
What kind of people would want to combat the infected?
If just one of the infected breaks into a building, all the colonies and workers inside will become infected. The infected workers will then run rabid to infect more buildings. Infections must be eradicated from the beginning, otherwise, it will grow exponentially becoming impossible to contain.
Prepare to enjoy these ultra high definition graphics. Our artists have created tons of art pieces: Beautiful buildings with their own animations, thousands of frames of animation to get the smoothest movements and everything with a crazy Steampunk and Victorian style!

One of my favourite games. Amazing campaign, nice achivements, played the campaign about 4 times in different difficulities, and still love it. Hope there'll be 2nd part.

i only wish the game lasted forever. right now a game can only last up to around 5 hours to my knowledge.

Unique & Beautiful
The developers have taken an old genre (RTS) and a highly saturated game theme (zombie apocalypse) and created something unique and thoroughly enjoyable. The graphics are very beautiful and very much add to my enjoyment of this game. The interface is clean & refined. There's convenient keyboard shortcuts for all the actions you commonly use. This is a hardcore RTS. I've seen lots of casual/console gamers complaining about this game. It's simply not designed for them. If you're a long time PC gamer and you've played & enjoyed games like Age of Empires & Red Alert, this game is for you. If you mostly play on games consoles for some quick and colourful instant gratification, this game probably isn't you. I haven't particularly enjoyed the campaign so far, but I absolutely love the survival mode and have played it for over 100 hours. The custom game engine it uses is impressive. The title of this game is fitting. I've never previously played a game with so many active units on screen at once.

Best RTS since Starcraft
My wife hates this game. She resents me playing it. I love it. It made me cry. Not because of a character being killed or anything, but rather, because of my time being killed. The #1 complaint people have about this game, is how punishing it is. Have you ever put months into a Dwarf Fortress game, delved too deep, and lost it all to an unexpected demonic invasion? This game condenses that experience into the first 3-8 retries of the first 30 minutes of most late-stage maps on high difficulty, and one baseline difficulty for those who have not mastered the basics of building cheap walls early and often. I told myself, this is the most fun I've had playing a game since Minecraft. And I've played all the best (by my tastes) games released on Gog and on PSN over the last 5 years. But this is really fresh. It's not afraid to be Nintendo Hard, it has a great quintile structure in its tech tree and base-economy development, and unit access. The units all feel like a distinct gameplay and punching up to the next unit changes the game dynamic. Great acceleration flows with Battels + Exploration missions rewarding tech points and helping you unlock more of that power-up feeling. Tactics change dramatically based on units unlocked. Late-game unit mix on both sides is interesting. Most RTS involve like-sized/mixed matrices of units. This goes another way, it's about stark asymmetries. Can't recommend enough, but only for those who can budget 3-5 hour sessions and will accept defeat gracefully. Screaming in agony in your home is not recommended. I wrote a long-form Reverse Game Design treatment for this gem, including RTS history/comparative analysis. Trying to get it published on The Game Design Forum. Students of the genre must play this. Include it in the game design academic curriculum.
