The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition

I don't own this game on GOG, but on Steam. Overall i played 700 hours in this game. It has graphics that are better than a lot of 2017 games, GOTY includes best datadiscs ever. Believe me, I wanted to played The Witcher 3 2 times more just to play datadics again, or try out new builds. You have skill tree of Sword, Magic, Alchemy and Others, which can give you some extra stuff that will improve your build. Game has very good armor styles. There are Witcher gears for 4 schools, if you buy Blood and Wine, you will get another ones. All Witcher gears are: Feline, Griffin, Bear, Wolf, Viper, Manticore. Each of them gives boost for your playstyle, if you have for example full Feline set equipped, you have main boost. Game has beatiful slavic music, no electronic bullshit, only folklore, flute, etc. Music adds to atmosphere, so every location has its own special feeling and its on you what you like the most. Locations are these (datadics included): Velen, destroyed Temeria. Novigrad, Oxtenfurt included, Redania. Kaer Morhen, Kaedwen Skellige Toussiant and Wyzima, these 2 are in NIlfgaard control White Orchard, also Nilfgaard This game is extremly lore rich, book respectful, the story is based on books a lot, Sapkowski said it is art. You can meet characters that are not important in story anyhow, yet they are there from books. COMBAT - Choreographic art, nearly 100% accurate, still fantasy tho. STORY - As I said before, extremly lore rich, there are 2 acts, first one is little bit worse than second, in Act 2, you have though choices that have very big impact on ending. Also there is minigame that is seriously extremly big fun GWENT

Looking for an RPG game with a vast open world, interesting characters, and a rich story? Then look no further. The visuals / graphics: This game will shine on any decent PC. The graphics are of extremely high quality and will enhance the gameplay experience by introducing extreme levels of immersion . Moreover, the textures and objects around the game feel purposely placed and suit the environment they are found in. Without this dedication to detail from PROJEKT RED, the game may have felt emptier or incomplete. PROJEKT RED truly are masters of building beautifully detailed worlds, for example, look no further than the blood and wine DLC for the game which features a mastercrafted fantasy city and forest of toussaint. I'd rate the visuals and graphics a 10/10. The story and characters: For those new to this series, the game has a lot of plot related to previous games. Undoubtedly those with prior knowledge from the previous Witcher games will understand and enjoy the plot more, however, even with no knowledge of the previous games you will still have a great time due to the great subtle explanations given throughout the game which will slowly bring you up to pace with the story. The characters are exceptionally unique and are packed with great personalities and lore. Not only will you end up caring about the characters a lot throughout the game, you will care about them after the game is over because very few can match them in terms of likability. I'd rate the story and characters 9/10 and 10/10 respectively. Mechanics: I'm running out of words so you'll have to take my word that they are great. Rated 8/10. To conclude, The Witcher 3 is an unmissable experience for any fan of the previous installments to the series or anyone interested in an in depth action RPG. I've invested well over 500 hours on my first playthrough completing as many of the seemingly endless and fun quests throughout the game. I'd highly recommend playing this game. Overall score: 10/10

It is the best game ever made. It feels like you are living in the Witcher Universe and when accompanied by the abso-****ing-lutely amazing soundtracks... it is simply unexplainable. I feel myself very lucky that i was born in this Witcher era. GET IT OR I WILL DELETE YOUR GOG ACCOUNT.

I was a fan of the series from when the first game launched and notwithstanding the somewhat quirky controls in each game, i got lost in the world setting, the stories and the characters. The third game even being open ended and huge somehow managed to not just retain these aspects, but heighten them even more. From the 100+ hours i played the game i have experienced going about doing simple witcher's work, then suddenly being drawn into state affairs, love stories, epic fights and all of this reaching climax at the end of the main story. During all this time i got emotionally attached to some characters, which i almost never do in other games and to a point where i had to load an old save just so that i could get a better ending. Apart from the really interesting story and characters, the world is massive and beautiful, so the adventure part of the game is great. The combat i found passable and often even fun. You don't have all that many varied moves, but some fights (with weapon wielding humanoids especially) can be rather fun with all the parrying, deflections, faints, bombs etc. The things i found lacking were the items, alchemy, skills. The only worthwhile items seem to be the witcher's gear which you have to do some interesting quests to find, but it somewhat dulls the character building, as other gear becomes rather useless. The alchemy has seen a rather sharp drop from the first game where you could try out different mixes of things and get new potions and the skill system doesn't seem to change the combat all that much from when you start, apart from your stats getting better. All in all, the good parts of the game really triumph over the bad ones and the game leaves a long lasting impression.
