Random million carat DIAMOND for me!

I bought The Witcher accidentaly on a game store cause i like his simple cover. My PC couldn't play it, so after watching some gameplay videos and reviews, guides and reading the manual i decide to keep it instead of returning it! BEST decision ever!! For years i had my best 2 favorite games and searched for number 3 in vain. 1, Baldur's Gate 2. Planescape Torment I finally found it 3. The Witcher All of them take the first place in my heart but the order i played them remains the one above!

Great game, but needed to improve

While The Wticher game is the one of the series that was made with the lowest budget, tells proper story that introduces you in its world, is fun tu play and inmersive enough to make you forget how many hours have you spent in front of that monitor. Seriously, there are not enough hours in a day to play it, try different paths and reading the lore. But there are two things that I don't like of this game. The first is that the translation to Spanish is pretty bad, and while I don't need it now, when I first played this game I didn't speak English, and being Spaniards not very good with other languages, this is an important point. The second thing is technological, and happens that there were too few NPC models in TW, so there was always the same old woman with the same voice being different characters, for instance, or the same bad guys with the same clothes. It makes you feel the game kind of repetitive in some ways.

A start to the definitive RPG series!

About the game: Ahead of its time when released, great storytelling, though not the best combat but overall game is still very enjoyable and that led me to complete this game for over 5 times. And it is not a short game so you can understand how good the game is storytelling vise! It is what every RPG lover should definitely play at least twice! The Devs: They are how every developer in the games industry should be. They actually care for their customers in contrast to other devs who just want to milk their customers before leaving the ship to drown with their own pockets full. And to show my support for CDPR, I actually bought this game twice on two different store fronts! My Message to the Dev: Keep up the good work and stay true to your principles and you have a lifelong supporter in me. To the Buyer: Why are you still reading this review? Just go and buy this awesome game!

Really Great RPG

I have to say that this is one of the games that you are sad you have finished. It is overall interesting, the story, the characters, and not to mention that every choice you make has an impact on the story later on. This game is definitely worth playing.
