The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Upgrade

Some prefer Skyrim bare vanilla which in all honesty is still very fun, then you have people like me who are mod users/developers. At first the GOG version of Skyrim AE could barely be modded but after several months and the VERY MUCH appreciated work by mod developers, Skyrim GOG has become compatible with 95% of the mods you can find online. No more worrying about updates and other things. Not only that, Skyrim GOG runs so much better than other versions. I barely get any FPS drops with the mass amounts of mods I use.

THIS is the kind of content that Pete Hines talked about when Bethesda first launched Creation Club: "mini-DLCs". They are an in-between of chunky expansions and small mods and are of a high calibre. Most if not all of them fit so seamlessly into the vanilla game and the contents are varied for different playstyles and interests. Why would you want to restart Skyrim with a new character for the x-time again ( + after finishing "Enderal")?: Because with the Anniversary-Edition: you don't need to redo the same missions for the x-time to have the right to buy houses, have additional cargo space with the teleportable creatures you might find, plenty of additional missions, etc. My only disapointments after 70 hours (without additional mods): no mark and recall spell,no horse whistle,fishing mini-microgame is underwhelming,backpacks are kiddy-design;(survival mode-)player needs to sleep and eat as often as my five year old human child/a 1 year old kajit.

Literally, ignore the Most helpful review. That's a lie.

Functionality drawbacks make the content unworthy of the trouble in tweaking settings. I thought it would be fine if I wasn't interested in modding, but it affects the way the game runs now.
