Syberia 3: The Complete Journey

A great game with the characteristic personality of the Syberia saga with beautiful story, amazing scenery, lyrical characters and the pure satisfaction the Syberia world delivers...well there might be some issues bags if you want but tell me a game any game you like without any that's why there are the updates that fix them now for the control issue there isn't that much problem as some trollers moaning as if they had nothing better to do the games manufacturers suggest the use of a joystick after all every game got it's own way of handling and playability and you only need to get use it there re a way more difficult games to operate with more strange playability but if you love the game you only have to get use to it and enjoy and feel the magic of the story and characters and the beautiful world the game delivers and that is what counts more than anything else as for hatters, trollers who knows nothing but to moaning for this or that all Syberia and especially 3rd part is the real deal either some likes it or not!!!

I was playing this game, and so far enjoying it, but i encoutered a game breaking bug that makes my game progression impossoble and i did not find any solution on the web.That bug that i encountered was not the only one, i also encoutered a bug that makes the mouse pointer vanish, this one was not as serious as the other one.

As someone who has played both of the first Syberia games I have to say that I'm both happy and disappointed in the third sequel. When it was announced I was glad that there finally would be a continue of Kate Walker's adventure and there I wasn't disappointed. This game was, as the earlier games, a beautiful journey with interesting story plots and scenery. I was glad to see that even Oscar came back! The less good part with this game was the voice-acting, I'm sure that the original French version had way better voice-acting but the English one didn't cut it. You noticed that there was a lack of variety in actual actors (and some characters had voices that did not fit them at all, I'm looking at you Olga). I would want to comment on the puzzles, while most puzzles were good and streamlined there were some where I really had to pick up a walkthrough because it was almost impossible to get what they wanted. Other than that I would say that overall this game was decent and a worthy sequel to the good ol' Syberia games. The open ending/cliffhanger makes me hopeful that we will one day revisit Kate Walker and her automaton friend Oscar.

I played this game on Nintendo Switch, so i can't attest to the technical state on pc, but i wanted to break a lance for this game by saying that while it certainly isn't as good as the first two games (and let's be honest, number 2 already wasn't nearly as fantastic as the first one) it certainly has some of that characteristic Syberia charm and anyone who is a fan of the first two games definitly should play this one as well. Just be mindfull that the transition to the Unity Engine brings in some extra jank (at least, i suspect that's partly to blame).
