Why spend money on a joke?
This game is a joke. I mean literally a joke. Not in the "it's so bad it's a joke" way, but an actual joke by the creators. Which is fine. Except for the fact that they charge money for it. A joke is good for a laugh yes. But why pay for this joke? It's one big joke that costs money. Save your money and go to a comedy club instead.

My worst purchase ever
Good old games or worst modern games? There is no manual. There is no tutorial. There is no explanation of the tools to use. And this is just the welcome. When you find creating simulators, often the choice is between: faithfully reproduce something (at the cost of simplicity or fun), or make the simulator a bit 'more arcade and fun. In SS2013 were able to do neither of the two. I lost a few dollars and I lost several hours of my life trying to hold a surgical instrument in this game, but failed to do this. When I did, he fell under the table and I had to start over. When it did not fall under the table, my own hand could not see what I was doing on the patient. Are 30 years old I play video games, especially at managerial and simulations, but a game so frustrating, embarrassing and unnecessary had not yet come across.
