SimCity™ 3000 Unlimited

My parents bought me my first computer in 2000, and after Age of Empires II, SimCity 3000 was the first computer game I've ever played. So, just like Age of Empires II, SimCity has a special place in my life. I agree with the other reviewers that compared to SimCity 4, SimCity 3000 is more casual and straightforward, which can be a negative for people who'd like a simulation-style city builder. However, if you just want a city builder which won't punish you very hard for wrong decisions and lack of future planning, this is your best bet. It also has one of the best soundtracks in video gaming history. I'd pay 10 bucks just for the soundtrack alone.

This game is fantastic and I like it even more than SimCity 4. Yes, 4 might have more features but it is also more complex and sometimes you don't want to be bothered with that. SimCity 3000 is easy to use and I guarantee you will be lost for hours trying to achieve tasks like improving your land value or making an efficient transport network. I highly recommend this.

I paid for the game and now GOG won't let me play it. WTF?? Why would I buiy more games from GOG if they are going to disable a game Ive paid for?
